DIRECTIONS: Enter the last name. Anything other than letters will be ignored. The last name will be converted to ALL CAPS and compared to last names in the database, also similarly converted so that Laforest matches La Forest because both are converted to LAFOREST.
Likewise, OBrien, O'BRIEN, and Obrien will all be converted to OBRIEN for matching; hyphens and anything other than the 26 letters of the alphabet will be ignored.
Enter the first name the same way (optional). Again, it will be converted to ALL CAPS and anything other than letters is ignored.
Enter the date of birth, if desired. Enter the year, month and day in that order. To enter 24 July 1959 enter 19590724. You may enter the year alone, or the exact date.

Just Before You Evacuate
Place a few ice cubes in a bag your freezer. When you return, check them. If they melted, you will know, because even after power is restored and the water freezes again, the ice will be one blob and not the ice cubes you placed there. That tells you the food thawed out.
If you see that the ice cubes never melted, because you did not lose power long enough, that is important because you do not stampede to the store to buy food that other persons need.
If you meet folks who already evacuated without putting ice cubes in a bag in their freezer, some of them will be able to check the partial container of ice cream. If the scoop track is there, that means the ice cream did not melt, because the power was not out long enough.
